I was often jealous during my childhood, but I gradually realized that being jealous is a waste of time. I have my own story, and I'm capable of making my own choices in life. I truly value myself, so there is absolutely no reason for me to be jealous of anyone else.

I think we can avoid it, by believing that what we have is the enough for us.

Being a jelous person is a waste of time, We should understand that we aren't the owner of anybody, if the other person likes or wants to be with someone else It's her/ her decision
