Hi everyone!

My name's Ryan and I am from Canada. I am passionate about teaching English because I am a language learner. I am learning French and German at the moment. In my spare time I enjoy blogging, cooking and spending time with my cats. I have two: Adare and Ballymena.

I live in Ireland and I teach English as a Second Language at a university in beautiful County Donegal. During the summer I teach junior students from across Europe. I'm a jack-of-all-trades really because I have experience teaching students of all different ages, nationalities and proficiency levels. I'm certified in IELTS preparation as well. Whatever your needs are, I'm happy to help. :)

Over the past three years, I have lived in Thailand, Canada and Ireland. I'm well-traveled. I have a BA in English and Politics and TESOL certification. I especially enjoy working on writing, building vocabulary, using constructions and phrasal verbs and speaking. Language teaching and language learning are my great passions and I would love to help you improve your English. My hometown of Toronto is very diverse, and I have seen the impact that language comprehension has, so I'm excited to help you along the way.
