I agree with Richard's assessment. Some articles were good, some were very good. Some were not particularly good, but those can be easily skipped.

I had wondered about that myself; I noticed that there hadn't been anything new uploaded since the start of last year. Regardless, though, Italki continues to e-mail me links to aging articles about German. (German is a language that I have marked down in the "learning" category, though I've yet to take any lessons in it.) They don't do it for Italian.
