Nadia, that's awesome! Just as you, I also am... in the words of Vanessa Hidary (Youtube her, "The Hebrew Mamita"), a "cultural fruit salad". My parents are from El Salvador and Cuba, but we are of Moroccan and Spanish Jewish descent. I'd say one of my favorite foods growing up and still to this day is Koftas! Moroccan styled meatballs, I guess!

Today I’m more into Korean and Japanese food. I’m learning how to cook it too. My family and friend like to come to my house on weekends and try new dishes that I learned to cook.
