I recommend you start with some basic grammar manual and then, after familiarizing with some basic grammar (as well as basic vocabulary, wich is easier because there are lots of websites for that with audios), you should take some online lessons with a tutor to improve your communicative skills.

If you have Google Chrome, you can look for "MOLTO BENE" (an app) and install it. With this app you can start to learn any language, the first lesson is gonna be about gretting!
