Hello :) I'm a language student who will be in university this september. I want to choose translating programme in the university that i will probably go. This department offers three languages to the students as a plus to English(and of course to my native, Turkish) French, German, Japanese. I will learn one of these language as third language and will know it to a certain degree to translate very well . Which one would be the best choice to major as my future job is translator and i have to think wisely to choose the most beneficial for opportunities to find a job?

Which of the 3 do you like and are most motivated to learn? Choose that one and they come back to the other two when you're fluent or have at least good ground in it.
Among these three I think the most beneficial is French, because It is widely spoken around the world, It is spoken in America (Canada, some islands) In Europe, In Africa, In Asia. However, I would like to learn These three. An important issue is your personal preference, for example if you enjoy watching German movies or Japanese Anime or if you like a feature about a certain language it is also important because I think you should love the culture behind a language. Unfortunately, they don´t offer Spanish my native tongue. Spanish is a beautiful language, and It is widely spoken also.
