Good answer !  It depends on the type of food you enjoy and everyone's taste is different.  The only free restaurant I have ever known is Mom's table !  I will let you know if I hear of any others.  

It depen on what is the "best" restaurant? Everyone has a different taste. for me the best restaurant is free. Lol....
