What about an advanced speaker who is almost fluent in English?

If you are that novice, you could learn from an advanced speaker that is not native. Many people from the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden are almost fluent in English.

I'm not a native English speaker. I need fluency. We can practice it together. I'm also interested in learning Spanish. Would you please help me in learning spanish? I need some basic informations.
