Try to "shadow". That's what they do in asian schools. just repeat some audio. Try to imitate as good as possible. With some got audio software you can also speed up the file as try to speak faster. Good luck!

Your first priority should be to speak English CORRECTLY. If you speak English quickly, with lots of mistakes (I'm looking at the mistakes in your question, for example), then it sounds twice as bad. It would probably make no sense at all. You need to walk before you can run...
