Violations include: spam (advertisements), harassment, hate speech, sexual content, political or religious discussions, intellectual property violations, threats, impersonation or misrepresentation, phishing, privacy violations, fraud, and more.

I get it.  In Tammy's case she wants to learn Spanish so she has started a discussion in Spanish on a topic that interests her.  I think that's the idea of the discussions.  Sure, you can also start discussion related to language learning but if you simply want to practice writing and reading in the language that you are learning this seems like a good way to do it.  One problem with meeting people on boards like this & having Skype discussions is that you quickly run out of things to talk about.  You can only discuss the weather, your reasons for learning a new language etc. so long and then you either end the discussion or branch out into discussions about other things... like this.

It's not sexual content. Here's a definition:

Sexual content includes media depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct involving one or more persons. This includes sexual penetration, non-penetrative sex and masturbation.

Tammy, en mi opinión la homosexualidad es algo que define a una persona, la persona no define la homosexualidad.  Así que no entiendo por qué alguien podría pensar cualquier mal de un homosexual. Sería como pensar mal de una persona alta.
