let's suppose connection fast and don't effected when cam on

so as teacher or student do u think important look to teacher mouth in cam

or in general cam will be not clear!

I think to get to know each other and to make clear what you - the student - want from a teacher and what you want to reach in the language you are learning, it is quite necessary to see the face.

If your goal is to improve your listening comrpehension, it maybe is a good idea to practice just by using a microphone. However, I personally would not do this and not at all in the beginning.
