Egg is good for the brain. It consists of lecithin that keeps the brain active. Apart from that egg abounds with protein which provides nutrition for brain. So the specialist suggests people have one or two eggs per day. Only sticking to have eggs every day for long time . It works but vice versa. take the action then we can have a smart brain
