I study German at university. At first, I didn’t take it because I really wanted to learn. However, as I study, I feel studying it very fun. In addition, I can learn not only German but also its culture. Studying for the test is hard, but I am motivated by the pleasant conversation I have in German during class.

I study German at university. At first, I didn’t take it because I really wanted to learn German. However, as time went on, I felt like studying it was a lot of fun (However, the more I studied it, the more I enjoyed it). In addition, I can learn not only German but also its culture. Studying for the test is hard, but I am motivated by the pleasant conversations I have in German during class.

Unfortunately, "very fun" is also incorrect. :) It is just like "so fun," both are incorrect. You can also use, "a lot of fun" here.
