1.关于“过”和“了”

这两个字有点像过去完成时和现在完成时吧...

通常“去过”指的就是你曾经的经历，或者既定的事实

而“去了”可能是指这个动作进行到现在，你还没回来

2.“方便”≈“便宜”

3.在提到“问题”的时候最好在前面加上特定的修饰词，比如“健康问题”“心理问题”....

“问题”是个含义很丰富的词，如果直接说“你有什么问题”，听上去就像“what's wrong with u”....

4.我没有去过这个地方，但我挺想去...

我想，在绝大多数中国人眼里，西藏是个很神圣的地方

我当然建议你去啊，注意安全和身体健康就好！

"过" is more like s/he has been to Tibet: "你去过西藏吗？Have you been to Tibet (ever) ?"“我去过西藏 Yes, I have”

“了” refers to a more recent event. "她/他最近去了西藏 S/He went to Tibet (recently)"

”有些“ = ”some (certain)“, "一些" = "some(several)"

"拍照" is an action (taking photos) and cannot be described as "非常漂亮". "非常漂亮" describes nouns such as"照片"

“旅游的人可以有问题” is more like "tourists can(are allowed to) have problems". I assume you meant "tourists might run into problems such as altitude sickness". "可能遇到苦难/问题，might have obstacles/problems". Or you could directly say "可能会有高原反应 might have altitude sickness".

Or, maybe I misunderstood and you meant "the tourists who chose to go to Tibet are crazy". In this case, it's "旅游的人可能（脑子）有问题"

I assumed you meant sunscreen instead of "防水油" (unless you meant something to waterproof the roof....?). Sunscreen is "防晒霜". "防晒油" is ok as well. But I think the former is more commonly used. It's probably a good idea to add "in Tibet" or "在那里 there" so the essay flows better. "既不...也不..." is "neither...nor..."，a pretty useful phrase. Similarly, "既...又..." is "not only...but also"/"...and...". For instance, "去那里既便宜又方便 It's not only cheap, but also convenient to go there."

Your essay looks great overall. Great job! There's no major issue with this essay. If I were just reading it for information/communication instead of trying to help with the language, I could completely understand what you meant. In terms of learning the language, "过" vs ”了“， ”一些“ vs ”有些“， ”可能“ vs ”可以“， and ”既不...也不...“ are pretty useful.

是的，我去过西藏。西藏很酷。至少20岁的我认为西藏特别赞。但出行之前一定要去travel clinic/医院开药。如果你有健身的习惯，出行前两周要停止健身。相信我，这是我惨痛的教训。在我去秘鲁Cusco旅行之前，我懒得去travel clinic/医院，所以决定在当地的一家”药店“买”高原反应药“ （结果那其实是泰诺和阿司匹林）而且我当时特别喜欢综合格斗术, 所以我直到上飞机之前每天都训练。长话短说，我高原反应特别严重。

Yes, I've been to Tibet. It was really cool. At least 20-year-old me thought it was awesome . But make sure to go to a travel clinic and get proper medication (like Acetazolamide) prior to your trip. (I don't think travel clinic is a thing in China. If you are in China, then go to a hospital). If you work out regularly, make sure to stop working out two weeks in advance. Trust me, I learnt this the hard way. Before my trip to Cusco two years ago, I was too lazy too schedule an appointment at my travel clinic and decided to buy "altitude medication" at a local "pharmacy" (it turned out to be tylenol and aspirin) . Also, I was really into MMA at the time. So I trained everyday until I got on the plane. Long story short, altitude sickness hit me like a ton of bricks......
