i didn't pass cet-4.it made me upset.is it mean ( Does it mean ) that i am very bad in english if i didn't pass cet-4? is cet-4  is a standard level for english learner?
i hate such that tests but i need the papper( certificate !!) of cet-4.
i have to take the next test this year.
