An issue about relationships How do you think Japanese people are different from people in your own country? (sorry for my vague question) I believe the relationship between yourself and your bosses or colleagues is different. I imagine the majority of companies in Japan have strict hierarchies in their workplace(or even in schools). It's not so easy for Japanese people to give their true opinion or feelings to their boss. Of course, it depends on how they are close to their boss, or the atmosphere of their workplace. Also, It has to do with their characteristic. People are likely to be avoidant, but most of them are always considerate. However, In my view, things will be much easier if we can express our thoughts a lot more casually, and I will try it!
