I don't have a Thai keyboard :O
But I do on my tablet so I will see what I can do on there :)
I am a complete beginner but have learnt some writing and reading skills. I will try my best and thank you to anyone that can help me.

go to control panel - change keyboards (under clock, language, and region) then add Thai keyboards. pretty straight forward :)

you can buy 'usb Thai keyboard' at Pantip Plaza, the price is about 150 - 300 baht or download apps 'Thai keyboard' on your tablet.

You can buy Thai keyboard stickers from Pantip Plaza at Pratoo Nam or Ngam Wong Wan,or maybe at bookshops like SE-ED Book Center. It will cost you not more than 100 Baht. Hope this helps and good luck! :D
