I'm a University student at the moment.
I speak Italian (my mother tongue) and I can teach it if you want to learn something.

I'd like to improve my English, because I want to study abroad, and so I'd prefer to talking rather than just chatting in this language.

I assume you mean a proper conversation instead of small talk.

I'm currently a university student at the moment.
I speak Italian as (my mother tongue), and I could teach you if you wanted to learn it something.

Because you used could, the verb "want" must be in past tense: wanted. Check the rules for second conditional, as we use this pattern fairly flexibly in both formal speech and daily conversation.
