some basic Farsi vocab
First start whit hi ( salam )
now some relatives
mom , momy = maman
mother = madar
dad , dady = baba
father = pedar
sister = khahar
brother = baradar or dadash ( "dadash" is the formal way for " baradar")
paternal aunt = amme ( you should say "me" really strong )
maternal aunt = khale
paternal uncle = ammu
maternal uncle = daee
cousins
daughter of you paternal aunt = dokhtar* amme
son of your paternal aunt = pesar* amme
daughter of your maternal aunt = dokhtar khale
.
.
.
* dokhtar = girl ( it also mean daughter )
* pesar = boy ( it also mean son )
for every one do the same . put the name of Farsi name of your aunts and uncles then if you cousin is a boy add " pesar" to it and if she is a girl add " dokhtar " to it.
wife = zan
husband = shohar
baby = nozad
daughter-in-law = aroos ( also mean Bride)
son-in-law = damad (also mean groom )
you re brother s wife ( sister-in-law) = zan baradar or zan dadash
you re sister s husband ( brother-in-law) = shohar khahar
