Newborns are Afraid of Nothing (as a suggestion for your entry, as a tiger and a calf are not mentioned in the entry)
In South Africa a mother lion went across the road with her son. The lion cub, who had no’t seen the outside world yet, stopped in the middle of the road and showed his pride towards a group of cars. (Kary, not sure of the meaning, but I think you want to tell that he growled at them). The people were astonished by the scene. In the end the mother lion took her cub in the mouth and brought him back to the grass. Everything seemed to be tranquil again.
Hehehe, the little lion was soooo cute! ^_^
There is a Chinese old saying “初生牛犊不怕虎", I am not sure about its proper translation into English. Anyway, word to word translation is 'newborn calves are not afraid of tigers'. Newborns are afraid of nothing.
Kary, very well done! Frankly, I have not corrected any entries for ages, but your entry got me interested, keep writing! Two thumbs up!!!
