హాయ్ నేను (ఇంగ్లీష్ అక్షరాలతో) తెలుగు తెలుసుకోవడానికి అవసరం
నాకు సహాయం చెయ్యండి!

dayachesi naku sahayam cheyandi.

I have not come across any such standardised versions of romanized Telugu Script. However  , it could be possible to write Telugu in English if you are sure of not getting confused.
