ur last sentence is 他刷 汉语好和,the meaning is not correct according to your chinese character.guess its means he speak chinese nice.so the characters should be:他说 汉语好听。

我听了你的录音，你应该多注意发音的四声：wǒ qù xué xiào xué xí hàn yǔ，wǎ men lǎo shī shì ā ěr jí lì yà rén，tā hàn yǚ shuō de hěn hǎo。
You can practise the pronunciation of a single character firstly,then try some simple sentences.It may help you speak in a more native way.
