First bike ride of the year

After having spent the winter playing tennis, today I have returned to cycling. It was my first ride of the year. A pleasant day ('nice' and 'pleasant' are pretty much the same, so it's better to have just one, and 'nice' is a bit bland) without wind, lots of sun and fresh but not cold in the morning. Perfect for a ride!!

I rode 30 kilometers in 1 hour and 25 minutes, at a pace of 20,9 km/h (20.9 in English). Not fast, but good enough for the first time in months. I won't go much faster for some months time, though. :))))

I love biking. I don't usually listen to music, but think instead. It's my thinking time!! It helps me to clear my mind when I have to take a decision or I have some kind of trouble.

I love cycling and we have a good track here in my city, but in Australia in general it's best to keep off the roads as a lot of drivers are not careful, and some are downright aggressive.  What are the mountains in the background?
