A resolution good for only three days

As the Korean proverb said "a resolution good for only three days." My resolution is always no longer than 3 days, either. Whenever I make my plans for studying, I believe it would succeed. So I do this year and last year continually, as if it could be going on as expected. However, I know that my plans so far have never succeeded so far completely. Nevertheless, I am making another plan with my expection today. I strongly believe that I can finally reach my goal, even if my plans would change every 3 days, because it is better than being without any plan for my future.
