About Milk

When I was a child, my parents had no money to buy some milk. Until high school, there was so much pressure to go to university. I bought some milk to drink daily. Honsetly, I don't like the taste of milk. Everyone said it was a good thing. That makes people not to think. Now that I have learned some views from Chinese medicine, I understand why I did not like the taste of milk. Everyone should not drink milk after 7 years old. You do not see a adult cow drink milk. Then why should humans do that? Chinese Medicine taught me that you should resume your sensitive of body, eat the food that makes you feel good.
