About passion to for (or 'love of') foreign countries:
Recently I met some French guys. They came to Moscow for the third time in a row! And one of the first questions i've I asked them was, "What did you forget in Russia?" [this sentence is grammatically perfect but I think you may mean something more along the lines of, 'What made you come back to Russia?' or 'What part of you did you leave behind in Russia?'] I spoke [or perhaps better 'I was speaking'] to them in astonishment: "You live in a beautiful country, in [the] wonderful Nice. What kind of stuff grabbed your attention?" They say smth something about Russian people, they find them interesting and a quite crazy. Of course they mentioned Russian girls. [Because you have kept 'say' here in the present tense to narrate the story, stylistically it would be better to keep 'mention' in the present tense too. Alternatively, to correspond to 'mentioned' in the past tense, you should write: 'They <em>said</em> something about Russian people'.]
After i've I met them i I thought about my desire to go foreign countries. And i I figured out that i I have 2 [two] passions - France and UK. [perhaps better to say 'that I have two countries I am passionate about: France and the UK'] Exactly in such sequence In that exact order. What about you? What about you guys, who learn are learning extremely difficult to learn Russian, which extremely difficult to learn?

Always capitalize: I (first person singlular pronoun) and proper nouns (such as the names of countries and languages).
Concerning the guys who visited Moscow three times. I am sure it is the Russian women.
