Yes, there are, the same as in Germany, frankly speaking its sounds like a direct translation. It sound like this: "Przed użyciem zapoznaj się z treścią ulotki dołączonej do opakowania bądź skonsultuj się z lekarzem lub farmaceutą".

is theirthere a law in Poland that radio advertisements for medical products need to addinclude [Use "add" if only if you refer to the advertisers] a long message which warnings of possible side effects? In Germany we have got the same but it is just one simple sentence.
