I want to change my job! (or I want to change jobs)

Oh, my god, I want to change jobs.

I am working for a cable company at a low salary and in a dirty environment, and I can't adapt to the local food and dialect.

My hometown is Harbin where the dialect is different. To learn this local dialect is harder than learning English, although my English is very poor. 

Hwever, I beleive that I will be good at English if I continue to write a composition everyday and speak to others.

My god, please find me a job with a high salary!

My hometown is Harbin, I can't understand the dialect, In my eyes, to learn the dialect is harder than English, although my English is very poor, but I beleive that I will be good at English if I insist writing composition everyday and speaking to others.
My god, please give me a jod which have with a high salary.
