Happy Children's Day

Today is Children's Day. Happy Children's Day to every child kids. It's a fine day. There are some clouds in the sky, but the sun is shining.
I'm going to eat delicious foods with my friends. Then we are going to shopping. I need to buy a gift to for my sister's daughter. The girl was is nine months old, and still learning to talk. She is very, very lovely and a our' s happy baby. For her, Today is the her frist first Children's Day so I want to choose a special gift for her.
But I have never bought a gift for a child. Can you give me a good suggestion to me? Thanks!
