Yolanda part 1 I thought we are prepared enough but this last few days I was very stunned and don’t know what to do. I know I have to compose myself and think what should I do? Recently I just held my birthday this last September to my parent’s province at Ormoc Leyte. I never thought of these great damages! After seeing what Yolanda done all of us in our house keep dialing who ever relatives in that area to know their situation. Until Nov9 morning one relative able to contact us only for just a moment and then we failed to try to call her back. In that little moment of time the high-light of the conversation is at least we know in my father side relatives they are all ALIVE. My mother is very worried we didn’t hear any one from her siblings and their family! Until I cannot bare it anymore I told my mother that I will go there to find out their situation! But my parents resist since there’s another typhoon Zuraida that will come in their way again. We become more worried when we heard it in the news that the relief goods arrived in Tacloban Airport cannot possibly be send in Ormoc City because of the large debris in the main road. Come to think of it people in Tacloban is still so hungry and looting in different store is done everywhere but the relief goods is drop by in their airport? What more in Ormoc who unfortunately did not able to receive anything!
