Ayer llamé a mi tío por teléfono para preguntarle si él podría comprar algo de leche para mí en la tienda cerca de donde él vive. La razón de esto es que mi coche es rompió; lo rompí cuando conducía sobre un río. Basta de hablar sobre mi vida, es suficiente decir que me dijo que si tuviera tiempo, él la compraría para mí. Yo le dije "cuando tú necesites lo mismo, yo la compraré para tí".

Ayer llamé a mi tío en el por teléfono (in spanish we say "hablar por telefono" and "llamar por telefono") para preguntar si (él) podría comprar algun algo de leche para mí (it is right, but it is better to say: "si (él) podría comprarme algo de leche") de en la tienda ("comprar leche EN la tienda" or you also can say: "traer leche DE la tienda") cerca de donde él vive. La razon por de esto es que mi coche se estropeó/averió es rompio, (in spanish "romper" means "to break into pieces", if you wanna say that something doesn't work you have to use "estropear", "averiar" or "no funciona". In this sentence you also can say "mi coche estaba estropeado" or "mi coche estaba averiado" -> Both mean "my car was broken") lo rompí se averió cuando conduje sobre un río. Basta de hablar sobre mi vida, (es) suficiente ("es" is not necesary but it sounds a little more natural) decir que me dijo que lo haría si tuviera tenía tiempo (in this case if you wanna say "he'll do it but he has no time (because he has another duties) then you use "tuviera/tuviese"; but if you say "he'll do it but only if he has time (he doesn't know if he has free time) then you use "tenía") , él la ("leche"/milk in spanish is femenine) compraría lo para mi, le dije "cuando tú necesites lo mismo ("lo mismo"="the same", it is "lo" because "mismo" is masculine") la (in this case "la" stands for "it/milk" (milk->femenine)) compraré para tí"
Yesterday I called my uncle on the phone to ask if he could buy some milk for me from the shop near where he lives. The reason for this is that my car is broke, it broke when it drove over a river. Enough talk about my life,enough to say that he told me if he had time, he would buy it for me, I told him "when you need the same I'll buy it for you"

Basta de hablar sobre mi vida, suficiente decir que me dijo que si tuviera tiempo, él lo compraría lo para mí, le dije "cuando tú necesites (condicional) la misma, lo compraré para tí"
