My first notebook
Hello everyone,I'm come from China,I working in a hostipal.I'm a vascarl surgein.I love my job but it's not a good job in China now.Because the patient not believe the doctoer,they think your treatment their disease were for money.My English is not good,I don't write much words,I think I will write more next time.Thank you everybody for read my notebook.

I assume that some of your surgeries are elective and some are mandatory. Maybe you could spend more time discussing outcomes before doing the surgeries so that the patients might understand better. Also, we need to remember that some people can not be pleased, no matter what. Hopefully more discussion will at least help you to feel better.
