It describes your hobby precisely. You can also say like this. 私はランニング（or ジョギング）が好きです。 私は趣味で走っています。 私の趣味は、ランニング（ジョギング）です。

何を好きですか？私は歌とキターといろいろな趣味が好きですよ。でも、時間がなくなった。

I know very basics of Japanese, but this is fairly enough to understand that you're a runner. There's nothing to add but a "maru" in the end of sentece. :)
