넌 is abbreviation of 너는, It sounds like 'i heard a word that you are had an accident'.

너 사고났다는 or 네가 사고났다는
• 미안하다는 말하지_마세요 . 다 이해했어요.

* I also wanna ask if there is a difference between saying : 넌 사고났다는 말을 들었어요 and 넌 사고났다고 들었어요.
