Plane brought down could had been an error: US

The plane brought down in Ukraine, the MH17 of Malaysian Airlines, could have been shot down in  error  by poorly trained rebels in the East of the country, said inteligence authorities of the United States.  This theory conflicts with Moscow's version that Kiev had brought down the plane.

The proof evidence that the autorithies have up to  now susggests that the rebels shot a BUK missile SA-11 that struck the Malaysian plane. but until least who shot the missile.
