Experience of a Speaking Test
The interviewer was a lady with no facial expressions or any signs indicated that she was actually listening to me. I did some research after the interview. Someone online said that it was a standard practice in I speaking test, and that the less reactions a interviewer had, the more experienced she/he was.
She was impatient the whole time and disrupted me several times. During the interview, I felt uncomfortable when writing answer tips on a piece of paper so I moved my chair a little closer to the desk, she told me it was prohibited and I should stay where I had originally been.
The grading would be the last thing I want to confront right now. The worst part is the test fee is appallingly high and I have to take another one for one more try. Is it I’ operating phylosophy to make profits?
I want to ask, was it really a norm and the fact I was intimidated by her was none other than paranoid, or was I just unlucky meeting a not-so-nice lady?
