this sentence is correct, it sounds natural as well. 3 points to look at are : -deja sunt (word order). This emphasises deja, if you don't need to emphasis it 'sunt deja' is more natural - " " acum " ". right before 'acum' it feels like something is missing, there's no connection word. Adding a 'și' or 'iar' in front of acum, would improve the way it sounds -lastly -this is debatable-, but in the romanian speaking pattern we tend to use 'azi' when it comes towards the end of the sentence, while if it comes at the beginning we tend to use the full form 'astăzi' (this is not a mistake, it's just a remark) Also, congratulations on using 'serviciu'
