Happy things
I was so excited that I got up early this morning, because my driving license will arrive today. I'am I'm [1] going to go [2] home from my university tomorrow [3]. My college is in Hefei that which is too far from Beijing. Althrough I have to spend four hours of boredom on the train, I expect that I will drive my car when I will get home.

[1] You have the contraction wrong. You can start in either of the following ways:
"I am going to go home."
"I'm going to go home."
[2] Writing "going to go" is a little awkward. Either of the following would be better, depending on how certain you are that you will go home.
"I am going home."
"I am planning to go home."
[3] Because you are talking about returning tomorrow, it is better to write, "I will" (future) rather than "I am" (current). Please compare these two sentences:
"I am going home from university today."
"I will go home from university tomorrow."
Add a space (' ') after every comma (',') and full stop ('.').

Congratulations on receiving your driving license. Please drive carefully.
