德國而家嘅天氣嚴嚴唥越黎越凍。我之前住喺香港所以唔慣(not get used to) 唥天啲咁凍嘅天氣( such a cold weather) / 冬天 (winter)。我比較中意熱天。香港嘅夏天幾濕潮濕不過我到都幾中意。

cold=冷（書面語written language ）or凍（口語 spoken language ）

"冷天" is ok to be spoken though, but I suspect that's influence from Mandarin. Not sure though. Another natural way to say this would be 我之前喺香港（住），所以唔慣"天氣咁凍"。(literally "not used to [the] weather [being] so cold"). But everyone would understand 冷天，so no worries :)
