To the attention of the General Manager of " Brave Hotel " London
I'm writing about some troubles I had when I stayed in the hotel that you manage.
I was there 2 days ago and I'm really disappointed about what happened.
As I told you before leaving the hotel I lost my wallet and I wasn't able to find it anywhere, but I'm sure I lost it at the hotel. Besides none of the hotel staff seemed to be available to help me find it. In addition to that, some jewellery was stolen from my room.
I'm not accusing anyone of theft but I think you should check the realibility of the employees of the cleaning service and I suggest you install some cams in the rooms and in the corridors.
As you know I've already recorded the facts at the police station and I hope you can help me find my wallet, or at least, the documents inside.
