Where can I find source of inspiration?

Sometimes I don't understand myself, like today. I don't have any inspiration for my job although even if nothing bad has happened. At this time, I just sit in front of the table and on the desktop screen, and write a note because I don't want to do anything. Can't say out talk about this feeling to anyone else, that's really annoying.
