How To Maintain Motivation to Learn Languages

This is my first entry writing on italki. I created an italki account a few days ago. I have been thinking that I want to improve my English for a long time but I couldn't take the first step. So I decided to join a group in my city meeting that attracts people who want to talk English in my city. It was The first meeting was today. And therefore I have realized that my speaking skills are worse than I thought was more poor than I think but enjoyed it and got motivated. So I think meeting to people who have the same purpose is a good way to keep up a motivation. I am going to join the next meeting.
