Health project. Racing through daytime meals is of pace of life many college student. Studying time or playtime is considered more important. But we should give added weight to keep health rather than watch soap opera or sleep. Yesterday,I being carry out this project that run in the 3000 meters and skip rope 15 minutes every day. I think it's an effective measure to keep fit and health.
