Japanese Lesson 3 : Tuesday 26 May My 3rd Lesson : I learned to ask "Where is the_____?" "______はどこですか？” // "Excuse me.." ”すみません” and "Where is convenient store?" "コンビニ (conveni) はどこですか？" I also read thru a script in Hiragana with Akari ... かとう：うちはどこですか。ブラウン：ひろおです。かとう：ひろおのどのへんですか。ブラウン：えきのちかくです。かとう：えきからどのぐらいですか。ブラウン：えきから５ふん（ごふん）ぐらいです。I'm a slow reader - but I now understand Hiragana - Just Katakana and Kanji to go!! :/ Akari is helping me find Vegan places to eat in Tokyo and teaching me the all important food words :)

Hi Tony. It was just a conversation (script) from an online textbook for learning Japanese conversation >> the link was given to me by my italki teacher :) I found Hiragana easy (and fun) to learn too - I've not really started on the Katakana yet - I'm procrastinating! I get the feeling it isn't going to be a Hiragana cake walk ... :/
