Here are my suggestions for a business letter like the one you have written. Victoria is from Canada. I am from the UK. So there are some differences in our replies.  I hope you find this feedback helpful.   Have a good day!

Dear Sirs  (This the correct in UK English when writing to someone we don't know)

Thank you for...dated 23/03/2009 (UK English)

..and for your interest in our company.  (This is a commonly-used phrase in UK business letters).

<em>We are pleased to enclose our price list. The prices shown do not include any trade discounts, but we would be happy to discuss these with you.</em>

<em>We can also send three copies of our product catalogue. It contains all the manufacturing specifications for each item we produce.</em>

<em>You can contact us on 00 7 1234 567 901 and we will be happy to help with any queries you have.</em>
