I understand:

It rains today. I lovee blue days, but I lovee greese days too. Greese days are coolo.

If I write this, I do this form:

"Hoy es un día lluvioso. Me encantan los días azules (o soleados, sunny days), pero también me encantan los días grises. Los días grises son frios."

(Hoy) está lloviendo. Me encantan los días despejados, aunque también me gustan mucho los días grises. Los días grises son fríos. (although I would say "Los días grises suelen ser (más) fríos").

I could understand everything and I must say that the expression "Está lluvioso hoy" makes sense, however, it sounds a bit weird (at least to me), I don't think native speakers of Spanish would say it like that in a conversation with a friend, and I do think that (mostly) everyone would say just "Está lloviendo".

Also, I take this chance to tell you that usually, learners of Spanish tend to use "me encanta" too much. I really think this could be of help:

I like it = me gusta.

I really like it / I like it very much = me gusta mucho.

I like it too much = me gusta demasiado (we use this one like you when saying something like "I like smoking too much to quit").

I love it = me encanta.
