present perfect or present perfect continuous?

Hi everybody,
I have difficult to understand when I can use the present perfect and when the present perfect continuous.
Es. I have been worked as pilot since 2000 ( I still work today as pilot)
I have been working as pilot from 15 years (I still work today as pilot)
Which of them is right?

Present perfect:    I have worked as a pilot since 2000.

Present perfect continuous:  I have been working as a pilot for fifteen years.

They are quite interchangeable, so in most cases you could use either form. We would tend to use the present perfect just as a matter of fact and the continuous form if wanting to stress/emphasise the action - for example 'I have been working hard as a pilot for a good fifteen years'.
