Hi, everybody! (While your original comma wasn't incorrect, the sentence starts to become a run-on when you add the phrases below to it) 

I'm Hamdy, from Egypt. I want to master English. (You could also say, "I'm Hamdy, from Egypt, and I want to master English." This is a little more natural, although your sentences are grammatically correct)

If you want to learn/practice (You could also say "learn or practice", and in professional writings, you would) Arabic, especially Egyption Arabic, I'm (You can also say, "I'd be", which is more natural) glade glad to help you. I'm very patient, and I love helping people learn anything new.
