The doctor found a small problem with a tooth however he didn't treat it because it's too small to worry about.
So he decided to monitor and I promised to visit for another check up in three months.

I changed one part just to make it a little better. If the whole tooth was bad I am sure he would have taken it out. Maybe there was just a small hole - too small to fill. (repair)

I went to a dental clinic next to my office for a checkup.The doctor found an issue with one of my smaller teeth however he didn't treat it because it was too small to worry about.
So he decided instead to monitor it and I promised to visit three months later for a check up.
* I'm not too sure how to correct the "small bad tooth" part but it doesn't sound quite right to me* Hope this helps.
