Welcome December. it is the most beautiful month for me, in this month are a lot of celebrations in my country and in my town, on a in one week we have the Quema del Diablo (devil burns) it is when we burn piñatas that look like the devil, it is a tradition from centuries ago, and is for purification one day before of the virgin of conception day , I don't like so much the part of the burning part very much, after that, begins the posaditas.
The posaditas are a tradition where a prossesion about Maria and Jose (Jesus parents) leaves to travel across the town asking for an inn, like in the bible, it is a common tradition in Latinoamerica, after the posaditas we have the navidad and new year celebration.
